Do you have lay-a-way?
Layaway is available!
Your layaway total purchase price will be calculated (including tax). You must leave a minimum 10-20% deposit on your purchase. Monthly or weekly payments will be calculated based on balance after deposit is made.
You have 7 days to cancel your layaway for a full refund. If you choose to cancel after 7 days you surrender your deposit plus 20% of any additional payments that may have been made up to 90 days. After 90 days no refund of any kind will be issued. We reserve the right to sell your item(s) while on layaway only if an exact replacement can be made.
Accepted methods of payment are cash, and all major credit cards and debit cards.
Sorry no personal or business checks allowed.
Do you take Credit Cards or Checks?
In store purchases:Returns are accepted on items within 7 buisness days of purchase with receipt for store credit only. Items must be in new condition. Returns will not be accepted on opened items such as but not limited to incense, oils, CD's, sprays, candles, or any sealed products.
Online Purchases:Returns are accepted for online orders, however due to the costly nature of online returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If you plan on returning an item, you must let us know within 7 business days of reciept of your order.
For health and safety reasons there are NO RETURNS ON BODY JEWELRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
